Hello! Thank you for inquiring. This form will allow me to understand your needs and to see if I could be the stylist for you. If you are looking to book an appointment for color, please enter all the following information to the best of your ability. PLEASE NOTE: If you have colored your hair previously with any type of artificial dark color, you are not eligible for a BLONDING service.

MINI POLICY OVERVIEW:

When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.

Forms of payment: I accept Zelle, exact cash or venmo. I do not accept card.

A non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment, and goes towards your service.

Cancellations must be made 48hours in advance. Anything less will result in a 50% charge. No calls/no shows will result in a 100% charge and will be banned from booking.

I allow for a 15 minute grace period. Please be on time to your appointments.

I do not accept clients with previous dark artificial color for blonding appointments. That includes box dye, glosses/toners, etc) If you are dishonest of your hair history, results will vary and/or will be denied service.

If you are unhappy with your hair, you have a 3 days grace period to communicate any and all issues you have and I will be more than happy to make things right. After 3 days, any fixes will be considered a whole new service.

I am a part time content creator and rely on my services to produce content. You may ask for your face not to be shown, but I ask that all clients be comfortable being on camera if needed.
Please allow 2-3 days for a response.

Once you’ve successfully booked an appt, make sure you’ve filled out all required waivers.
