GREEN TEAM VOLUNTEER

The East Amwell Township Environmental Commission/"GREEN TEAM" organizes road & waterway cleanups, a monthly recycling depot as well as the grant-funded rehabilitation of the rain gardens at Clawson Park. In an effort to ensure that this work remains beneficial to the Township, the Commission invites residents to volunteer for these endeavors!

I, the Volunteer, acknowledge and understand that participation in activities at Clawson Park under the involvement of the "Friends of Clawson Park" may involve certain risks - including, but not limited to, personal injury(ies), disability, property damage, and loss of personal items.

I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the inherent risks associated with these duties which have been detailed to me upon filling out this form. I verify that I am medically fit to participate.

I also understand that the release party does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability
insurance in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage.

We will contact medical personnel in the event of any injury and will have a firt aid kit available at all times.
