Welcome to the application form for the 10th edition of the East Africa Human Rights Program EAHRP 2027.

Please note that if you have previously participated in the IHRTP or in one of the Equitas Regional trainings (Regional human rights training programs in East Africa or French-Speaking Africa), you are not eligible to apply to this or any future IHRTP or Equitas Regional training.

You can apply as:
- An affiliated candidate: if you have been part of an organization (formal or informal) or an institution (CSO, NHRIs, government) for at least 2 years.
- A non-affiliated candidate: if you are not linked to any organization but have demonstrated an active commitment to promoting human rights and social justice (if you are a non-affiliated candidate, please find a community leader or organization who understands your work and who will be able to sign the Memorandum of Agreement on your behalf).
