Event Rules
Passengers must be 13 or above; all passengers must have a fitted seat.
16-year-olds driving with a DSA Tractor driving license full cat F may only drive tractors less than 2.45 metres wide.
Drivers must obey the highway code, speed limits, road signs, traffic signals and instructions given by event marshals.
Participants must maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front and avoid unnecessary overtaking.
Due to the mixture of tractors, agricultural vehicles, cars and others, participants must be patient and considerate as the convoy will only travel at a safe speed for the slowest vehicle.
Racing, speeding, wheel-spinning, sudden manoeuvres, reckless overtaking or any other dangerous driving is strictly prohibited.
No participants may drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Participants must all follow reasonable instructions from all event marshals and organisers, and the organisers can refuse entry to or remove any vehicle or driver considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Participants should show consideration to other road users, pedestrians, cyclists and local residents and not deliberately obstruct traffic or cause unnecessary disturbance.
If a vehicle develops a problem, pull over safely where possible and notify a marshal, and do not leave a vehicle in a dangerous position.
Drivers are solely responsible for there own actions, the event organisers will not take responsibility for any incidents that occur on your drive. This tractor run is being held as a celebration of Nathans life and in memory of the person he was. We kindly ask everyone taking part to show respect, kindness and consideration throughout the day. Please respect the organisers, marshals, other participants, local residents, other road users and the countryside we travel through. Remember that everyone is here to enjoy the day, support each other and make it a day Nathan would be proud of.
