Please note that we are often fully booked for at least 4 weeks for custom cakes. Response time may take 2-3 business days to get back to you (typically respond, same day). We do not reply to messages Thursday-Sunday as we are focusing on current orders. Orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability. Orders placed within two weeks of the event are subject to rush fee.

We do offer delivery. However, it has to be specified when placing an order. It is not included in your cake price. Delivery prices vary depending on location. Please provide us with an exact address and starting time of the event. We are located in Henry County.

It would be very helpful if you upload inspirational pictures below. Please upload the invitation, graphics, and/or color palettes. Feel free to send us a sketch if you would like. Pictures from Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc. are welcomed. Be as descriptive as possible so that we are able to achieve the desire look. Pictures are used for inspirational purposes ONLY. PLEASE NOTE we will not duplicate anyone else’s work. When placing the order, we ask for customers to allow us creative freedom.     

There is a retainer due at the time of booking to secure the requested date. Remaining balance is due five days prior to order date. Invoice will be emailed to  you, we will allow 24 hours to receive payment. If invoice isn’t paid within 24 hours it will be deleted due to non-payment. If invoice has to be resent, there will be a $20 reopening fee (please do not request invoice if you’re not ready to book). Please check your email regularly, that’s how we will be communicating.
