2026 Emerging Leaders Institute Nomination Form

To be considered for KY TRIO Programs Emerging Leaders 2026 cohort, you must complete this form. You must be attending the 2026 Fall Conference in Nashville, TN. The Emerging Leaders event will happen on Sunday, October 11th from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

(Prior to the Fall Conference, there will be 1 or 2 virtual meetings in September and/or October)

The deadline to submit your name for consideration for KY TRIO Programs Emerging Leaders Fall 2026 is August 28th at 5:00 pm CST. All applicants will be notified on or before September 1st if they have been selected. Applying for ELI does not guarantee you a spot in ELI.

* Please note that there are two ELI programs for TRIO Professionals: a state (KY does theirs at the Fall Conference) ELI and a regional (SAEOPP) ELI. This nomination form is only for the state (KY) ELI, and not the regional ELI. If you would like to be a part of the regional ELI, there is a seperate nomination form for that that is announced at a seperate time.

* You must also submit a Statement of Support signed by both you and your supervisor to apply for KY TRIO ELI.
