• The Glessner Group Every Kid Counts Back to School Initiative

    Application must be completed in full to determine eligibility to receive the clothing voucher benefit. Incomplete applications will be denied. Applications will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis until program funding runs out. Each eligible student will receive a $200 voucher to the Ohio Valley Mall and applicants agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the program. If you have already received clothing assistance for the 2026-2027 school year please do not apply to allow us to reach as many students and families as possible.

    • To qualify for assistance with this program, students must attend school in a traditional school setting (public school or private school) in Ohio or Marshall County. Home-schooled or virtual-schooled children are not eligible for assistance. Students must be in Kindergarten through 12th grade at the time of application and be 18-years-old or younger. Students who are 19-years-old and in their senior year of high school at the time of application are not eligible.

    • By signing and dating this application, I permit the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley to verify my eligibility for benefit programs such as SNAP, TANF, and/or Medicaid. 

      Eligibility is based on:

      1) Student(s) and family must be residents of Ohio or Marshall County.
      2) Applicant must have eligible student(s) in their household.
      3) A TANF assistance group composition must exist within the household.
      4) Applicant must be in receipt of SNAP benefits and/or Medicaid. 

      If I am deemed eligible to participate, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth while redeeming the clothing voucher(s).
