WEARS VALLEY FALL FEST VOLUNTEER WAIVER

Thank you for volunteering to help with this year's Wears Valley Fall Fest.

As a volunteer, I assume all risks associated with volunteering and participating in this event, including, but not limited to: falls, lifting heavy objects, the effect of weather, conditions of the walkway surfaces, roadways, unleveled terrain, traffic and all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

As a Volunteer, I myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Keep Sevier Beautiful, the Board of Directors, the County of Sevier, the cities of Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and all agents, employees, elected officials and members therefore, jointly and separately, and all further sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

I also grant permission to all the forgoing to use any photograph, motion pictures or recordings or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
