This application is only for official vendors who need to provide JCCS® their display vehicle information.

Vehicles listed on this vendor form will NOT to be JUDGED. If the vehicle owner wishes to have their vehicle judged, it must be registered separately using the standard vehicle registration form, during the regular registration period, and accompanied by the appropriate registration fee. (registration is now closed for public, please contact)

⚠️Vendor Arrival & Setup Options

Friday, October 2: Arrival between 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
(Overnight security will be on duty; however, vendors must carry their own insurance. All towing must arrive on FRIDAY.

Saturday, October 3: Arrival at 6:15 am (sharp)
On-time arrival is required.

⚠️ Due to limited access to vendors parking, in any case, towing vehicles will NOT be accommodated on Saturday.

JCCS 2026 Basic Rules and Regulations must be agreed to accomodate your vhielce.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

In consideration of the right to participate in 21st Annual Japanese Classic Car Show, entrants, by execution of this registration form release and discharge Japanese Classic Car Show Association (JCCSA / JCCS®), its officials, members and staff and City of Long Beach,its officials and members, and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known damages, injuries or judgments and/or claims from any case that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the fore mentioned entities, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from conduct of entrants or any participant cooperating with or under direct control of entrants.

I have read and agree to all Rules and Conditions governing this event, including the PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on the event grounds, inluding the time of releasing vehicles could be 4pm, and 2024 Cancelation Policy with no refund. I agree to observe all rules and decisions of event management.

Any possible photograph or video exposure of my vehicles and acompanies on media publications permitted by any type of attended media is permitted. I understand that this submission of the form does not guarantee my entry until all my entry information is reviewed.

The State of California recommends that when you visit large events such as JCCS®, you be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, obtain a negative COVID-19 test result prior to visiting, or wear a face covering. Guests who are not fully vaccinated should wear a face covering during their visit. Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
Conditions for Vendor's Display

As part of the vendor's display, I understand that my vehicle will not be judged for an award. I also acknowledge that, as stated in the rules and conditions, dismissal for operable vehicles is no earlier than 4 PM, and towing for inoperable vehicles will commence even after 4:30 PM for City of Long Beach's safety reasons.
