Service, Security, and Hold-Harmless Agreement
JF Media provides weekly JF AI Video Creator Coaching and JF Social Media Coaching, plus member newsletters, AI video workflows, personal-brand and content strategy guidance, feedback, accountability, and access to applicable private communities. These services are coaching and education only, not done-for-you management, implementation, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of results.
The JF Media AI Video Creator App is separately provided and billed by a technology partner, not by JF Media.
JF Media is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, or any other third-party platform or service. All platform names are used only to describe compatibility, education, or workflow examples.
The client is solely responsible for lawful use of all tools and content, including content accuracy, intellectual property clearance, legal and regulatory compliance, platform policy compliance, account ownership, approvals, backups, credentials, and the conduct of any representatives they authorize. Where practical, the client should use role-based access, unique passwords, and required 2FA. The client must never submit passwords or authentication codes through forms, email, Trello, or community channels.
The client agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JF Media and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from use of the services, except to the extent caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. JF Media is not liable for outages, algorithm changes, account decisions, hacking, phishing, or similar events beyond its reasonable control, except as limited by law.
Community members must act respectfully and follow community rules. JF Media may terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, unsafe or abusive conduct, misrepresentation, or similar misconduct.
By submitting this form and signing electronically, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
