You will also not be required to allocate a 25% publishing share to the producer. Only the artist retains the 25% publishing share attributable to their songwriting contribution, ensuring a clear and straightforward publishing structure.
Full Commercial Rights
When you purchase any of these package you also get full commercial rights to release your songs with those features as well as beats. Meaning you can sell and profit from your songs, promote, distribute, perform your songs legally (with a license) on Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, etc.
Unlimited Rights and Unlimited Sync Rights
Each package includes this benefit, so you will never have to pay additional royalties or worry about usage limitations for your music. You retain the freedom to monetize your songs while also having the opportunity to generate additional revenue through sync placements across television, film, video games, advertising, and other media opportunities.
Please note: All Vocals are 100% Real and Not AI Generated, Transfer Rights, Stereo WAV Files, Trackouts, and Artist Acapellas are available separately for an additional fee. These options can be selected and purchased directly during checkout based on your specific production and licensing requirements. The artists must be credited strictly as Featured Artists and may not be listed as Primary Artists when distributing a release.
The artist features are non-exclusive, meaning the same feature may be licensed to a limited number of artists for a defined period and will not be offered indefinitely. Some of these artists charge between $50,000-$250,000+ USD per feature. We cover the required feature fees directly and, through our licensing program, make a limited number of licenses available to independent or signed artists at a more accessible cost, providing an opportunity to leverage major artist features to support their own growth and exposure.
