Services are limited to weekly social media group coaching, a member newsletter, personal-brand and content strategy support, feedback, accountability, and access to the private member community while active. This is coaching, not done-for-you management, and results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content, intellectual property, legal and regulatory compliance, platform compliance, account ownership, approvals, backups, credentials, and authorized representatives. Use unique passwords and required 2FA, and never submit passwords or authentication codes through forms, email, Trello, or the community. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JF Media and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your use of the services, except to the extent caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. JF Media is not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, account decisions, hacking, or phishing. Community participation must remain respectful and safe, and services may be terminated for nonpayment, material breach, unsafe or abusive conduct, or misrepresentation.
