  • How to Obtain Your Missouri Criminal History Record

You Can Obtain Your Missouri Criminal History Record Before the Clinic
  • You may request a criminal history report through the Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Justice Information Services Division using Missouri's official criminal-history system. Please obtain the most complete statewide criminal-history report available to you.

    When requesting your record:

    1. Use your full legal name.
    2. Include your correct date of birth.
    3. Include any previous names or aliases.
    4. Save or print the entire report.
    5. Bring the report to the clinic or upload it here.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol criminal-history report may require a fee. Court records from Case.net can be helpful, but they are not always a substitute for a complete Missouri criminal-history report.
