Service, Security, and Hold-Harmless Agreement
This enrollment covers weekly JF General AI Coaching and JF Social Media Coaching, member newsletters, practical AI prompts and workflows, productivity guidance, personal-brand and content strategy, feedback, accountability, and access to applicable private communities. This is a coaching service, not done-for-you management.
Jonathan Fowler Media LLC is an independent coaching provider and is not employed by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, or any other third-party platforms.
Coaching is educational in nature and does not guarantee any business, revenue, follower, engagement, lead, or platform result. Clients agree to use only lawful tools and content, use official role-based access where practical, maintain unique passwords and 2FA, never submit passwords or authentication codes through forms, email, Trello, or community, and remain responsible for account ownership, content accuracy, intellectual property, legal/regulatory and platform compliance, approvals, backups, credentials, representatives, and all risky behavior.
By enrolling, you release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JF Media and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. JF Media is not responsible for third-party outages, algorithm changes, account decisions, hacking, or phishing. Community conduct is required. Membership may be terminated for nonpayment, material breach, unsafe or abusive conduct, misrepresentation, or at the company’s discretion. Electronic acceptance is legally binding.
