As we did last year, we're hoping to remove any barriers for participation. That means you can participate in #iGiveCatholic without using a separate donation form! This means no separate entry, workflow, or increased transaction fees. We recommend donors be directed to a donation form that you manage. Why? Because we have heard your feedback on transaction fees, importing/exporting for gift entry, and waiting for contributions to arrive via check after the event. This option creates a seamless workflow for you and your donors. We also understand that for some organizations a giving page is preferred. We are happy to still provide that option for this year! For the benefit of the donor, we will still offer a donation page where they can give to multiple organizations in one transaction.

We know that giving is more than dollars raised, so this year we plan to track volunteer hours as another data point to show the impact of those giving Catholic, not just with their wallets but with their acts of service. For some organizations, that may mean sharing volunteer hours that take place during the active phase of #iGiveCatholic. For others, this might be a great time to build in a group service project to show the importance of service to students, staff, and your donors.
