Hocus Pocus Halloween Festival - Trick or Treat Lane Business Registration 🎃🍬

Register your business or group to join the Trick or Treat Lane at Bulimba Memorial Park Oct 31st 3pm to 8pm
Trick or Treat Lane is a safe, fun and interactive place for children to trick or treat as part of this family fun day. Local businesses, not-for-profit organisations and community groups are invited to join the lane, hand out lollies and host a Halloween-themed activity. Ideas include colouring, face painting, a photo booth, spooky maze, games, table tennis, messy play or a free raffle. Any family-friendly activity is welcome if it fits the Halloween theme.
Participants supply their own 3m x 3m or 6m x 3m marquee and suitable weights. Tent pegs are strictly prohibited because the field cannot have pegs. Stalls will be lined up so children can move from one to the next. Bring plenty of branding such as banners, signs and branded marquees.

What activity will you be providing on the day? Please describe the Halloween-themed activity, game or experience you plan to offer at your stall, All participants must hand out individually packaged lollies .Please note: There is no access to power at the event. The field will be well lit; however, we strongly recommend bringing your own battery-operated lights or decorations to provide additional lighting at your stall and help create a fun Halloween atmosphere.

All registrations will be reviewed by the event organisers following submission. Once applications have been assessed, successful applicants will be contacted directly to confirm their attendance and participation. Please do not consider your place secured until you have received confirmation from the event organisers.

As this is a local community event, priority placement will be given to businesses, community groups and organisations located within the Morningside Ward. Applications from outside the Morningside Ward are still very welcome and will be considered subject to available space and the overall requirements of the event.

Placement and participation may also be determined by available site capacity, stall requirements, the mix of participating businesses and activities, and the suitability of each registration for the event.
