    In order to gain access to lessons, you will need to enroll your educators. After you submit this form you will receive a link and enrollment ID. Please submit the enrollment form for each educator who will be teaching the Emily's Hope Substance Use Prevention Curriculum. If YOU are also teaching the curriculum, you will also need to submit your email address to this form. Invitations will not be approved until all onboarding steps are completed.

    Please enter the email address of each educator who needs access to the Teacher Hub. You can also do this at a later date. You will receive an email with a link to enroll educators at any point during the school year.
