Elf Pre-Order Terms & Acknowledgment
Please read carefully before submitting your order.
Elf dolls are NOT included in the listed pricing. Customers must provide their own elf where required for the selected design if they wish to do so. Blue Line Balloons is not responsible for damaged or mixed up elf's.
All sales are final.
Payment shall be submitted via credit card (fees apply) Venmo or Zelle prior to pickup/delivery. Once the order is confirmed you will receive an invoice
Once your order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, Blue Line Balloons is not responsible for any damage that occurs afterward, including popped, deflated, punctured, mishandled, or otherwise damaged balloons or displays.
Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order. The child’s name, elf’s name, and/or any other personalization will be printed exactly as entered on this form.
If you made an error on the form please email Bluelineballoons@gmail.com as the names will be printed how they are submitted on the form. Blue Line Balloons is not responsible for spelling errors entered by the customer on the order form.
