Wild Bonds Photography - Madison Pryor

Payment Policy: The Client agrees to pay the full agreed-upon session fee to Wild Bonds Photography. Payment is strictly required at or prior to the session. Under no circumstances will any photography, shooting, or digital capturing take place before full payment has been received and verified by Madison Pryor.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the photography session, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session start time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid, and a rescheduling fee may apply to book a future date. In the event of extreme weather or unexpected emergencies, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule the session as soon as possible without penalty.

Cooperation and Late Arrivals: The session time is strictly allocated as agreed. If the Client arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the session duration. Wild Bonds Photography is not responsible for missed photos or reduced deliverables due to late arrivals or uncooperative subjects.

Inherent Style and Deliverables: The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the portfolio of Wild Bonds Photography and are familiar with Madison Pryor’s artistic and editing style. The final selection of images delivered to the Client is at the sole discretion of the Photographer. Raw, unedited files will not be delivered under any circumstances.

For valuable consideration received, the Client hereby grants Wild Bonds Photography (Madison Pryor) and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client, or images in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, portfolio, social media, website display, or any other commercial purpose, in any manner and medium.

The Client modifies, alters, and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or printed/digital matter that may be used in conjunction with the images. The Client releases Wild Bonds Photography and Madison Pryor from all claims, liability, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any legal disputes or actions arising out of this contract must be handled exclusively in the courts of the State of Oregon. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
