• College Sports Communicators & USOPC Team USA Collegiate Storytelling Awards Nomination Form

    Projects nominated need to have been published/produced between January 1 and February 28, 2026. Deadline for nominations is October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET). No late nominations will be considered.
  • Developed by a partnership between College Sports Communicators and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Games Committee, the Team USA Collegiate Storytelling Awards is a new awards program to honor CSC members who best promote their institutions or conference's student-athletes during the Olympic and Paralympic Games and elite international competitions

    Criteria: Nominations will be judged on the following criteria: creativity of coverage, quality of material, success factor (analytics, where applicable) and wow factor.

    Winners in years with Olympic & Paralympic Games, will be invited to attend the Team USA Collegiate Recognition Awards at the USOPC’s expense. This year’s ceremony will be held Dec. 8 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Each year’s honorees also will be honored at the following summer’s’ CSC Unite convention, beginning with the 2027 event in Orlando next June.

    Important Note: If you are nominating a project done by a group on your campus or in your conference, at least one from that group who was integral as a creator and manager must have been an active 2025-26 CSC member or a current 2026-27 member. For the department categories, there is a spot on the nomination form to list all those who worked on the project.

    Deadline to submit: October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET).
