Welcome to Skagit County's very first Thrill The World event!

Cascadia Clubhouse and Skagit Thrillers are so excited to have you join us. Thrill The World is a worldwide synchronized dance mob. You can learn more on their official website:  https://thrilltheworld.com/

Skagit Thrillers is a volunteer-run community group that signed-up to be included as a part of the Thrill The World 2026 event, and have worked to make this event accessible and memorable for everyone, regardless of age or ability. This is event is free of charge and open to all ages however, supervision of minors is not provided.

On the day of the final performance, Saturday, October 24th  @2:00 - 4:00 (location to be determined), please dress in your most creative zombie attire and make-up. We want to thrill Skagit County with our zombiest-best. Performers who do not come in costume are not allowed to be in the final performance.

The information contained below is a legal requirement by Thrill The World.

Please complete this waiver to acknowledge event risks, provide an emergency contact, and consent to medical treatment  (if needed) for Thrill The World 2026.

Responsibility Waiver per "Thrill The World"

I, the participant / guardian (refers to “participant,” “I,” and “my”), acknowledge that there are risks associated in participating in physical activities and dance. My participation is completely voluntary, and by participating I acknowledge that I am assuming all risks of accident, injury, illness, and death which may occur during, or as a result of, participating in this event.

I, the participant, agree on my own behalf (and the behalf of my personal representatives, heirs, estate trustees or assigns) to release, indemnify, and discharge the Thrill The World Organization, Global Team, Skagit Thrillers, Thrill the World Mount Vernon, WA, and Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation, including respective owners, organizers, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and/or legal representatives from any and all claims and causes of action (known or unknown) brought against you by any party arising out of my actions, including my negligence, while attending the event, Thrill the World Mount Vernon, WA.

The event and the venue are not responsible for any damage to or loss or theft of
personal articles or property.

Photo Waiver
I, the participant, confirm for my image and likeness to be photographed, filmed, or videotaped on October 24, 2026 in relation to the Thrill the World Event.

Grounds for Dismissal
“Dismissal” means that the participant must cease participation in the Thrill the World event and leave the venue premises immediately. In the effort to maintain a safe environment for all participants, staff, employees, volunteers, and the media present at the Thrill the World event, we reserve the right to dismiss and remove any participant if you:

a) fail to follow the rules and regulations,

b) cause a disturbance,

c) commit any immoral or illegal acts, or

d) if we feel your actions may endanger or yourself or others. We reserve the right to dismiss you without cause.

Use of alcohol or illegal substances before and during the event is prohibited and will result in dismissal from the event and premises. Participants in possession of alcohol or illegal substances before, during or while on the property of the venue hosting the event, will be dismissed and removed from the event premises. Legal charges may be pressed.
