    • Participation Guide 
    • Event Details & Fees
      Event runs 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2026. Vendor fees: Outdoor $45, Indoor $55 (limited, pre-approval required), Food Truck/Trailer $75.
    • Arrival & Parking
      Vendor load-in is from 9:00-10:30 a.m. All booths must be guest-ready by 10:45 a.m. Enter from Saul Kleinfeld Drive and exit to Bob Mitchell Drive.

    • Space & Setup
      Outdoor vendors recommend to bring a canopy (no larger than 10x10), secure weights, tables, and chairs. Indoor vendors (limited to 8) must bring a table; displays must not block walkways or exits.

    • Food Vendors
      Food vendors use designated spaces and must follow all applicable food-safety rules.

    • Event-Day Rules
      Booth coverage required for the duration of the event. Stay within assigned boundaries. Keep walkways and fire lanes clear. Follow event-team directions.

    • Door Prize
      All vendors are asked to contribute one product, service, or gift item for event door-prize drawings.

    • Load-Out & Cleanup
      Load-out begins at 3:00 PM. Remove your own trash and leave your area clean.
