Liability Waiver & Class Policies
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participation in dance classes, including stretching, conditioning, choreography, and other physical activity, involves inherent risks such as muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes with Elan Dance.
Release of Liability
I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Elan Dance, its instructors, assistants, contractors, and any rented studio facilities from claims or liabilities arising from my participation, to the extent permitted by law. I understand that Elan Dance carries liability insurance; however, my personal medical expenses remain my responsibility.
Health & Medical
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and agree to inform Elan Dance of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns that may affect my participation. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Elan Dance to obtain necessary medical assistance and accept responsibility for related expenses.
Studio Conduct
I agree to follow Elan Dance policies and the rules of the rented studio facility, including safety guidelines and respect for the space, equipment, instructor, and other participants.
Payment & Class Policies
Payment is required prior to class and is non-refundable. Class scheduling, cancellations, and any available make-up options will be communicated by Elan
