Loreto Normanhurst is delighted to invite talented student secondary school musicians to participate in Live at Loreto, a new contemporary music showcase being held as part of our upcoming Spring Fair on Sunday, 8 November 2026.

Live at Loreto is an exciting new platform designed to celebrate and showcase the breadth of musical talent within our school communities. The program will feature a diverse range of performers, including solo singers and instrumentalists, duos and trios, vocal groups and contemporary bands, performing across a variety of musical genres and styles. We are particularly interested in contemporary and audience-friendly performances across a broad range of genres, including pop, rock, indie, soul, R&B, jazz, and acoustic music.

With thousands of families attending the Loreto Normanhurst Spring Fair, Live at Loreto provides students with the opportunity to perform on a professional stage, experience a live festival environment and share their music with a large and supportive audience.

Due to the popularity of the event, a limited number of spots are available. All applications must be accompanied by video audition file of 1-2 songs. Bands/perfromers are encouraged to apply no later than Friday, 18 September 2026.

Each act will be allocated a performance time prior to the day. Set durations will be confirmed once the final program is agreed.

Performances should be suitable for a general audience, including children and families.

Bands/performers will be promoted as part of Spring Fair marketing using images, videos and text provided below. Only the band name will be published as part of these promotions unless you are performing as an individual and your stage name or first name and surname initial will be published. Do you consent to promotion of your band/performance as part of the Spring Fair marketing?

Photos and videos will be taken at the Spring Fair, including the Live at Loreto performances. These images and videos may be displayed from time to time around the school and published in school publications, on its website, its social media sites and in other marketing and promotional material. Do you consent to being included in these photos and videos?

Terms and Conditions

An application to enter Live at Loreto does not guarantee an acceptance to perform at the Spring Fair. In the event there are more applications than available places, the Loreto Normanhurst Spring Fair Committee reserve the right to select who performs at the Spring Fair.
Bands will be notified via email of the outcome of their application no later than 17 October 2026. Further details of logistics for the day will be provided at that time.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter.
Bands/performers will be required to provide their set list, including a copy of the lyrics. This must be provided via email, no later than 24 October to the Entertainment Coordinator at palspringfairln@gmail.com.

On receipt of your application, our Spring Fair team will review your audition file. Bands/performers will be advised of the outcome of their application by 17 October 2026.
