Training Provider Membership Terms
By becoming an AIW Training Provider Member, you agree that:
Inaugural Training Provider Program
Registration in the AIW Inaugural Training Provider Program does not itself constitute AIW Training Provider Membership and there is no fee to participate in the program.
Once five qualifying AIW Practitioner Members identify your organisation as a training provider they have trained with, your organisation will receive its first 12 months of AIW Training Provider Membership complimentary.
Qualifying Practitioner Members
Annual and Founding Lifetime Practitioner Memberships count towards your five from the commencement of their paid membership.
Practitioners who join AIW through the monthly membership option will count once they have completed three consecutive months of paid membership.
AIW will maintain the applicable membership records and will let you know when your organisation has reached five qualifying Practitioner Members.
Commencement and Renewal of Membership
Your complimentary 12-month Training Provider Membership will commence once your organisation has reached five qualifying Practitioner Members and AIW has confirmed your membership.
At the end of the complimentary 12-month period, you may renew your Training Provider Membership at the standard annual membership fee applicable at that time.
During your complimentary membership year, if five new (additional) qualifying AIW Practitioner Members identify your organisation as a training provider they have trained with, your organisation will receive its following 12 months of Training Provider Membership complimentary.
AIW Referral Pack and Program Communication
By registering for the Inaugural Training Provider Program, you agree to receive information and resources from AIW to help you introduce Practitioner Membership to your students, graduates and practitioner community, together with communications relating to your participation and progress in the program.
Organisational Membership
Training Provider Membership belongs to the named organisation and is not transferable to another organisation or business. Your nominated contact person may be updated if personnel within your organisation change.
Membership Representation
AIW Training Provider Membership does not constitute accreditation, registration, certification, approval or endorsement of your organisation, its courses, qualifications, services or graduates. Members must not represent AIW membership in a way that suggests otherwise.
Use of AIW Member Badge
Active Training Provider Members may display the AIW Training Provider Member badge while their membership remains current. The badge must not be used in a way that implies accreditation, certification or endorsement by AIW and must be removed if membership ceases.
Training Provider Profile and Directory
Active Training Provider Members are eligible for inclusion in the AIW Training Provider Directory and for a Training Provider Profile on the AIW website. AIW reserves the right to edit submitted content for clarity, formatting and consistency and to decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with AIW's purpose and professional standards.
Professional Standards
Training Provider Members are expected to comply with AIW membership terms and the professional standards and conduct requirements outlined in this application.
Suspension or Termination
AIW reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of a serious or repeated breach of membership terms or professional conduct requirements, or where continued membership could reasonably bring AIW or its professional community into disrepute.
Changes to Membership Benefits
AIW may develop or change membership benefits, services and opportunities over time as the Alliance grows. Any material changes will be communicated to members.
