    In consideration of being permitted to participate in GYM 2026, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives, release and discharge Empower Ageing, SAFRA, all partnering organisations, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, except where such injury or loss is caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the organisers.
