Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Overview Protection of your vehicle is our top priority. The following terms and conditions govern the warranty on your Paint Protection Film (PPF) and apply for the warranty duration you selected at the time of purchase (5, 7, 8, 10, or 12 years), measured from the date of installation.
2. Anti-Yellowing
2.1. Coverage: This warranty covers any noticeable yellowing of the PPF that develops during the selected warranty period.
2.2. Definition: “Yellowing” means the appearance of a yellow tint on the PPF that is visible under normal viewing conditions.
2.3. Remedy: If verified, we will replace the affected PPF at no additional cost.
3. Self-Healing for Minor Swirl Marks
3.1. Coverage: The PPF’s self-healing property is warranted for up to 50–60 pressure washes (as a guideline) from the date of installation.
3.2. Performance: During this period, the film will self-heal minor swirl marks up to approximately 20 microns in depth.
3.3. Limitation: After the specified number of pressure washes, the effectiveness of the self-healing property may diminish.
4. Air Bubbles in PPF
4.1. Coverage: We warrant the absence of air bubbles in the PPF for the selected warranty period, counted from the invoice date.
4.2. Remedy: If air bubbles are identified, we will promptly inspect and rectify or replace the affected sections as required.
5. Peeling or Delamination
5.1. Coverage: This warranty covers any peeling or delamination of the PPF that occurs during the selected warranty period.
5.2. Remedy: Upon verification, we will repair or replace the affected areas to restore protection.
6. PPF Cracking
6.1. Coverage: The PPF is warranted against cracking under normal use for the selected warranty term.
6.2. Remedy: If cracking occurs under normal conditions and within the warranty period, we will replace the cracked sections.
7. Removal Without Paint Damage
7.1. Coverage: For vehicles with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) paint, we guarantee that removal of the PPF within the selected warranty period will not damage or remove the underlying OEM paint.
7.2. Exclusion: This guarantee applies only to OEM paint. Repainted surfaces, aftermarket paint, or any non-OEM paint are excluded from this protection.
8. General Conditions and Exclusions
8.1. Applicability: This warranty applies exclusively to vehicles with OEM paint, unless otherwise stated in writing.
8.2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or exposure to corrosive chemicals and environments. Cosmetic variations within normal manufacturing tolerances are not covered.
8.3. Verification: All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our authorized technicians. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy (repair or replacement).
