  • Tree Guidelines

    * Space is available on a first come first serve basis.

    *Tree Specifications:
    -Trees must be artificial.
    -Tabletop trees are welcome, and we have limited small round tables for use to display.
    -Free standing trees should not exceed 10 feet tall, and slim trees are preferred but not required.

    *Decorations:
    -Please try to use LED lights to conserve energy.
    -We encourage creativity and invite you to consider how your decorated tree might reflect the values and mission of your organization and/or business.
    -Securely fasten decorations to your tree; trees may be shifted or moved during the course of the event.
    -Please include a tree skirt.
    -Please no spotlights, spraying of decor, or perishable decorations.
    -Absolutely no tape, pins etc. may be attached to the churches floors, walls etc.

    *Set up and Tear down:
    -All trees must be ready for display by December 4th at 2 pm.
    -Pick up trees after the festival must be completed in the time frame selected unless otherwise arranged.
    -Once reserved, we will confirm your set up and break down times via the provided email address. Please do not come prior to or after time frame given.
