PROSPECTUS: Artwork Requirements
All art must be made by a US Veteran and/or service familiy members.
(Artworks will need to meet the below requirements in order to qualify. We are not using nails, and hanging on fabric cubical panels, so weight is important)
We will be selecting a Best of Show, on November 7, and it will be placed in the North Coastal Art Gallery until the event on November 11, 11am. The winner is to be announced on November 7th. All Veterans artists will be provided participation appreciation ribbons as well as 1st through HM.
Drop off date is Wednesday/Thursday, November TBA by 4 pm at the North Coastal Art Gallery (no exceptions please)
All art will remain at the Army and Navy Academy from Friday, November 7 until November TBA, and is not for sale. Art is for exhibition purposes only.
Pickup date is on Tuesday, November TBA, 9-4pm only (no exceptions), at the Army & Navy Academy. Your final contact information will be provide at a later date.

You may submit up to two pieces of artwork to represent yourselves.
2D Artwork: No glass fronts on artwork over 16"x20". Weight must not exceed 1.5lbs, and heavy frames will not work. Canvas, gallery wrapped or painted sides is preferred.
Sizes can be 8"x10" up to 24"x36" maximum-(normally canvas, not framed for the large size). Only one may be a large submission if submitting two artworks.
All art must be wired and ready to hang, no alligatorr hooks.
3D Sculpture: Art will be placed on tables, or if tall, it will be placed on floor.
3D Hanging Sculpture: Art must be no larger than 24"x36", and you must provide the hanging apparatus to be placed over the top edge of the panels. (See sample) A wire cubicle hanger can be purchased on Amazon.
