2026 Holiday Flea Application

It’s that time of year again!

Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery is looking for local (SC, NC, or GA) makers & artisans for another Holiday Flea!

The hunt has started for those makers and artisans who produce a product - either goods or food, to come participate in this years Holiday Flea!

Items should be small-batch and handcrafted, and themes should be in line with the mission of the Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery. While we appreciate businesses who provide a service only (chiropractor, etc), we will typically not accept this type of vendor for our Fleas.

The Holiday Fleas will run from 10 am to 3 pm on the following Saturday Mornings:

At this time, Swamp Rabbit cannot accept food vendors under cottage law. Are you DHEC certified?

Booths are approximately 10x10 and are preassigned. We are unable to provide tents, tables or chairs. Please list any special requests for your booth including electricity which can be provided for a limited number of booths.

Below are the dates of the 2026 Holiday Fleas! Please select all of the dates that you would be available to attend. If you are selected as a vendor, we will let you know which date you are selected for! Most vendors will be assigned one date, if there is additional space we may allow mulitple dates.

A $10 application fee is required to submit this form and is non-refundable. Payments must be made via credit card below. If you are selected for one of our Flea dates, the $10 application fee will be credited towards your total vendor participation fee of $45.

Please note that this is an application fee for our Holiday Flea. Filling this form out does not guarantee participation. We will notify you with our decision on or before September 11th, 2026.

Each vendor is required to carry general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance to Swamp Rabbit. Please note that the requirement for each vendor to have proof insurance is a requirement from our insurance carrier. Unfortunately we can not, and will not be able to make any exceptions.
