The Next Stage Collective is an intergenerational performing arts and leadership program where young artists, high school students, college students, and professionals work together to create live productions. Participants receive training and hands-on experience in performance, choreography, teaching, producing, directing, arts administration, and technical theatre. Completing this form expresses interest and helps our team determine program placement, opportunities, and next steps; it does not guarantee a role, paid position, or admission.

    Performing in a Next Stage Collective production is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged as an opportunity to apply skills, build confidence, and gain real production experience. Participants who choose to perform must attend at least 80% of the specific class or training sessions connected to their performance role in order to remain eligible to perform in the show. The applicable class will be identified when the participant receives their placement or role. Consistent attendance is necessary for learning choreography, music, staging, blocking, and working safely and responsibly with the full cast.
