The Idaho Horse Expo is Idaho's premier equine event! Clinics, demonstrations and competitions featuring regional and national experts highlight this annual event presented by the Idaho Horse Council. Vendor space will be allocated on a first-come first serve basis. Booths will be assigned at the Expo coordinator's discretion; you may request where you would like to be placed, but that space is NOT guaranteed.

To reserve your space and showcase your business to thousands of horse owners from throughout the region, complete the application and liability waiver found at idahohorsecouncil.com, or 16114 Idaho Center Blvd. #5 Nampa ID, 83687. Booth packets will be distributed the week of and/or at prior move-in day.

Liability Waivers will be signed in person when vendor packet is picked up. No packets will be handed out untill a waiver is signed. 

If you are a retail booth, you must display your state license. If you are from out to state, you may get a free temporary sales tax permit here:     http://tax.idaho.gov/i-1033.cmf                                                                     

The Idaho Horse Council and Idaho Horse Expo are not responsible for retailers failing to get proper documentation.

No refunds will be granted after March 1st 2027. 

Please be aware that the Idaho Horse Expo does not close until 6:00pm Sunday evening. If a vendor would like to leave before 6:00 pm Sunday they must receive permission from the Expo coordinator. If vendors leave without permission, their application for the following year may be rejected. You may bring your own tables and chairs or they can be rented from the venue company for a small fee.

Payment in-full must be received by March 1st, 2027. Please include all information.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of allowing my participation at the Idaho Horse Expo 2027, under terms set forth herein, I the exhibitor/vendor, do agree to hold harmless and release Idaho Horse Council (IHC) and facilities, its owners, agents, employees, officers, insurers and any affiliated organizations from legal liability, and that I shall bring no claims demands, actions and/or litigation against IHC and its associates as stated above in this clause, or any economic losses due to bodily injury, COVID-19, property damage, and/or death sustained by me in relation to these premises and operation of the Idaho Horse Expo 2027. This agreement and release includes exhibiting, showing, or otherwise being around or in association with the Idaho Horse Expo 2027.

ARENA AND FACILITY RULES: It is hereby agreed that all participants as stated above shall abide by all rules posted and listed in the IHC vendor contract as signed by Vendor regarding IHC and facility.

SIGNER STATEMENT OF AWARENESS: I/we, the undersigned, have read and do understand the forgoing release agreement and assumption of risk. I/we further attest that we have read this release completely and have observed and read the Equine Activities Immunity signs posted on the grounds. I/we so understand that equine activities come with inherent risk and do assume that risk by participation with horses in accordance to Idaho Code.

ALL ACTIVITIES ON THE GROUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO THE EQUINE IMMUNITY ACT, IDAHO CODE, CHAPTER 18, SECTION 6. 1801-6. BY YOUR PRESENCE ON THESE GROUNDS YOU HAVE INDICATED THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE LIMITS OF LIABILITY RESULTING FROM EQUINE ACTIVITIES. ALL PERSONS IN THIS AREA WILL BE REGARDED AS PARTICIPANTS AND LIMITED BY THE EQUINE ACTIVITIES IMMUNITY ACT.
