Application Details

• Application Deadline: Friday, September 4
• Vendor spaces are limited and applications will be reviewed as they are received. Acceptance may close early if all available spaces are filled.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive confirmation and additional payment/setup instructions.
• Vendor Fee: $40 for one 10 x 10 space.
• No electricity is available. Vendors are allowed to bring their own generators.

Arts & Crafts Vendor Eligibility
This application is intended for vendors selling original or handcrafted arts, crafts, goods, cottage food products, or similar products. The City reserves the right to limit categories or duplicate offerings in order to provide a balanced variety of vendors.

Setup & Event Operations
Setup, check-in, parking, and breakdown instructions will be provided closer to the event date.

Vendor Rules & Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, weights, display materials, and other booth needs.
• Tents must be properly secured with appropriate weights/sandbags. Staking will be restricted due to booth location.
• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property. The City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside vendor booths and tents.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable sales tax, licensing, permitting, food safety, and business requirements.
• All displays and merchandise must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event. The City reserves the right to require removal of items or displays deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if a vendor is unable to attend the event for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, vehicle trouble, traffic delays, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, or other personal circumstances. Vendors are responsible for arriving by the designated check-in and setup time. Failure to appear or arriving after the permitted setup period may result in the vendor forfeiting their space. No refunds or credits will be issued in these circumstances.
• The Fall Festival will proceed as scheduled despite typical weather conditions, including rain. Vendors are expected to attend unless officially notified otherwise. The event will only be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled if organizers determine that severe or dangerous weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have reviewed this application and the vendor rules and agree to comply with all event requirements and instructions provided by the City of Cartersville. I understand that acceptance as a vendor is subject to City approval and that submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor space.

I understand that I am responsible for my booth, merchandise, staff, sales, applicable taxes, permits, licenses, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

I grant permission to the City of Cartersville, event organizers, and representatives authorized by them to photograph, video, or otherwise record me, my booth, staff, merchandise, or activities during the event and to use those photographs, videos, recordings, or other media for legitimate City purposes, including publicity, promotion, social media, publications, and future event marketing, without compensation.
