Name Change Acknowledgment
I understand that BSCMLS may update the existing MLS office record rather than create a new office. Subscribers, listings, and production history associated with the existing office will remain with that office record. Because historical listings are associated with the office record, prior listings may display the brokerage’s new name after the change is processed.
