    Help inspire the next generation of construction talent

  • As part of our Skills & Workforce Partnership with South East Consortium (SEC) and Kent & Medway Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), we're bringing education and industry closer together at Kent Construction EXPO 2026.

    Our new Meet the Employer initiative will connect students with people working across the construction industry, helping them understand different careers, pathways into the sector and what it's really like to work in the industry.

    How Meet the Employer works

    Meet the Employer will take place from 10am–1pm at Kent Construction EXPO. It will run as a structured speed-networking session, with participating industry professionals meeting students for a series of 15-minute conversations.

    If you or someone from your organisation could give your time to share your experience and inspire future talent, we'd love to hear from you.
