We're back!!!

Back for its 17th(!) year, the Fat Goose Craft Fair is looking for applications from crafters of all feathers. This year we will be back at the ever charming Grant Hall at Queen's campus. Prices are $185 for a 6ft x 2.5ft table or equivalent space. Applications are due Friday Sept 18 by 11:59pm. Jurying will take place on Sept 19, with decisions sent out by Sept 21, 2026.

Please submit 5 high res product photos and a photo or drawing of your proposed set up at the fair. Keeping in mind the allotment of a 6ft x 2.5 ft space. Please name product photo jpgs with your business name.

Note: There is a 1GB file size limit per photo submission. If you're having trouble submitting, ensure each photo is under 1 GB size.

If you are submitting an application for a consumable item (such as food) or a body care product, a sample must be shipped to the address listed below. Please include one of your most popular or best-received items as the sample. All samples must be received no later than September 18, 2026 prior to the jury date.
If you are selling food/food products, you will be required to submit proof of an approved Special Event Food Vendor Application Form from KFLA Public Health. https://forms.kflaph.ca/Environmental-Health/Special-event-food-vendor-application
Apply for a subsidized spot. In order to make the show more financially accessible we are offering two 1/2 price spots to vendors for whom the full fee is not financially viable. We are offering these spots on an honour system. Click here to be considered.
Please ship or drop off food and body care samples to 1039 Shewell Crt, Kingston, ON, K7P 2R8 by September 18, 2026 to be considered for the fair.
