• PETITION TO PROHIBIT DAVID LOWELL LUCAS FROM ENTERING RIDERS ROOST PROPERTY

    We, the undersigned customers, campers, members, employees, vendors, and supporters of Riders Roost Campground and Motorcycle Resort, respectfully request that David be prohibited from entering, remaining on, or conducting businesson Riders Roost property.

  • Reasons for this request
    • His presence and conduct have negatively affected the business and its relationships with customers.
    • Paying customers have reportedly been threatened, confronted, intimidated, or made to feel unsafe or unwelcome.
    • Customers have stated that they will not return to Riders Roost while David remains involved or present on the property.
    • We understand that an active restraining or protective order requires David to remain at least 250 feet away from
    co-owner Pam. The current court order should be attached or provided to the appropriate authorities for verification
    and enforcement.
    • His continued presence may create safety concerns, further financial loss, damage to the reputation of Riders Roost,
    and possible violations of the existing court order.
    Requested actions
    1. Issue David written notice that he is not permitted to enter or remain on Riders Roost property.
    2. Enforce all applicable membership rules, property rights, court orders, and no-trespassing
    requirements.
    3. Contact law enforcement immediately if David enters without authorization, threatens anyone, refuses to leave, or
    violates the protective order.
    4. Take all lawful steps necessary to protect Pam, employees, members, campers, paying customers,volunteers and
    the future of Riders Roost.
    By signing, we state that we want Riders Roost to remain a safe, welcoming, and peaceful place for its
    customers, campers, employees, and community.
