  • *Each employee attending Global Day will be paid their scheduled hours. For example, if you are scheduled to work: (3hrs/day Attendant +1 hr Noon hour supervision) you will be paid your scheduled hours (3hrs + 1hr).

    **All schools/centres/daycares are closed on October 16th, and in all cases, the employee cannot go to work on October 16th, 2026.

    Itinerary for Bus:

    October 15th, 2026

    7:00 am departure: Golden Valley School 980 7e Rue, Val-d'Or, QC J9P 3P8

    8:15 am departure: Noranda School 10 Av. Québec, Rouyn-Noranda, QC J9X 1G2

    10:30 am depature: G. Theberge School 38 Rue Boucher, Témiscaming, QC J0Z 1G0

    11:30 am: Lunch break North Bay  (* Each attendee will receive a pre-paid credit card to cover their lunch cost)

    October 16th, 2026 

    2:30 pm: Departure from Gatineau Hilton Lac Leamy (Boxed Supper provided)

    Return itinerary in reverse (with no supper stop) and last destination Golden Valley School at 11pm.

    A location will be provided for the members that had stayed overnight to store their luggage while attending Global Day.
