  • Medical Care: I understand that all veterinary care must be pre-approved by Twin Titans Inc. and conducted through network partners, except in life-threatening emergencies.
  • Safety & Containment: I agree to keep the foster dog indoors and on-leash at all times when outdoors in non-fenced areas. I will not bring the foster dog to off-leash dog parks without prior rescue approval.
  • Adoption Support: I agree to provide photos, videos, and updates on the foster dog's personality and progress to assist in marketing them for adoption.
  • Ownership: I understand that any dog placed in my care remains the legal property of Twin Titans Inc. until a formal adoption agreement is executed.
  • Release of Liability & Indemnification: I understand that rescue animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and that Twin Titans Inc. cannot guarantee the health, temperament, or behavior of any foster animal. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the foster program, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Twin Titans Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury—including bodily injury or death—that may be sustained by me, members of my household, guests, or my personal property (including personal pets), caused directly or indirectly by any animal placed in my care by Twin Titans Inc.
