    There are three ways to register for courses: 

    1) Use this online registration system.  The online system requires payment by credit card.

    2) Register in person at our office.

    3)  Print this Registration Form and mail it, along with a check, to:

      Class Dates and Information
      Class dates and descriptions are found within the content of the catalog.


      Registration Process
      Registrations must be received at least one week prior to the start of the first class. No walk-in registrations can be accepted by any instructor for any class. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email.

      Tuition and Fees
      Tuition and fees for each course appear with the course description. Danbury Senior Citizens (60 years or older)receive a discounted rate where noted (DSC). The Senior Citizen rate only applies to seniors residing in Danbury. If an enrichment class has a materials fee, the class listing has noted this and, in these cases, students will be required to bring these material fees to the instructor on the first night of the course.

      Withdrawing From Class
      Refunds will be given only for withdrawals that are requested at least 72 hours prior to the first session of the class.  Requests must be made via email to weraceenrichment@danbury.k12.ct.us. A processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the withdrawal refund. Refunds will be issued by the end of the semester.


      Refunds
      If a class must be cancelled for any reason, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the start date of the class to receive your refund. If you have not received it after that time, please contact the
      WERACE Office at (203) 797-4731.


      Class Locations
      Classes primarily will be held at Danbury High School or at the alternative location listed under the course description. In some cases, courses will be offered online. The administration reserves the right to limit enrollment and/or cancel the course
      at any time without notice.


      Photo Permission
      By registering in a WERACE general interest/enrichment class, each student hereby grants us permission to use their likeness in photographs or digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications without payment or other consideration.
