Welcome to The Hunter's Moon Market presented by Healingmoon Crystals! We will limit six vendors with tables under the awning, as well use a portion of our parking lot that we block off for tents. Our vision is to bring together our community of like minded vendors and their products in one space and create community and networking at the same time! We will be collecting applications and issuing acceptance into the market according to what we feel best fits the collective space and flow. While we appreciate every application, this will not be a first come, first serve event.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, and tents. All tents must be weighted appropriately for weather. You will be setting up on parking lot so staking down is not an option. Tents MUST have enough weight on all four legs.
The Market hours are from 11 am to 5 pm. Set up will begin as early as 8am. We will have spaces chalked and assigned for you! We will have a map with assignments prior to the event but this is always subject to change as variables arise beyond our control. We appreciate all your understanding in the process.
This is the Saturday before Halloween/Samhain and we are including the option to trick or treat at the vendors as well as a costume contest. Trick or treat is not mandatory ,and we understand this to be an added expense, but we hope as many of you will join us as possible! Remember! It doesn't have to be candy...kiddos love stickers and trinkets etc as well!
Vendor fee for the event is only $20! I will set up a square payment link to post or you are welcome to pay at the shop!
