    • This event will be held in the presence of Akshar Purushotam Maharaj on Saturday 3 October 2026 at London Mandir.

    • Parents/Guardians are requested to complete the form below on behalf of their balika.
    • For balikas in year 1 and under, one mahila guardian (mother or nominated guardian) is required to register and accompany their child for the entirety of the Bhakti Yatra.
    • If there is more than one balika attending from the same family, then the form should be submitted for each individual balika. For example if there are two balikas, then there should be two separate submissions.

  • Activity Disclaimer

    I {parentguardianFull} the parent/guardian of the child under the age of 18 specified above (the ‘Person(s)’) who wishes to take part in the Balika Bhakti Yatra 2026 (the ‘Activity’) being held in Neasden Temple on Saturday 3 October 2026. I confirm that my child {balikaisFull} take(s) part in the Activity with my consent, and that there is no medical, health or other reason why such Person(s) should not participate in the Activity. In consideration of BAPS facilitating the Activity, I accept that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, BAPS shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort, negligence, for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any accident, injury, loss, damage or other liability however caused (together ‘Liability’) to, by, or in any way related to, such Person(s) as a (direct or indirect) consequence of, or in connection with, the Activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby discharge BAPS from such Liability and agree to indemnify and hold BAPS harmless in connection with, and from and against, any such Liability. ‘BAPS’ means Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha and all associated trusts and entities and representatives and volunteers thereof. We may also hold Personal Data on third-party servers provided by third parties which are used to provide communication tools that BAPS uses to stay in contact with you. As well as holding Personal Data submitted in this form in an electronic format we may also hold such data in a manual filing system. We will not disclose any Personal Data submitted in this form to any organisations outside BAPS other than as set out above except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do by law or as set out in our detailed privacy policy here.
