Vinyl Wrap Removal — Release of Liability & Service Agreement

1. Purpose of Service

Customer is engaging Pink Label Wraps ("the Shop") to remove an existing vinyl vehicle wrap and/or window tint from the vehicle described above. This document explains the risks involved, releases the Shop from liability for pre-existing and removal-related conditions outside its control, and confirms the terms of service.

2. Acknowledgment of Unknown Paint & Surface Condition

Customer understands and acknowledges that:

• The Shop did not install the wrap currently on the vehicle and has no knowledge of the vehicle's paint condition, prior bodywork, or surface condition prior to the original wrap installation.

• Vinyl wrap can mask pre-existing paint damage, oxidation, rust, chips, dents, clear coat failure, or prior repairs that will only become visible once the wrap is removed.

• The age, brand, and quality of the original vinyl and adhesive are unknown factors that directly affect how the paint reacts during removal.

• The Shop cannot guarantee the condition of the paint underneath the wrap prior to beginning removal.

3. Risks of Wrap Removal

Customer understands that vinyl wrap removal carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Paint or clear coat lifting, peeling, or damage, particularly on aftermarket paint, prior repaints, or vehicles with existing clear coat failure.

• Adhesive residue that may require additional time/cost to fully remove.

• Exposure of pre-existing oxidation, rust, chips, scratches, or dents that were concealed beneath the wrap.

• Discoloration or uneven fading between wrapped and unwrapped panel edges.

• Damage to trim, emblems, sensors, cameras, or moldings during edge removal.

• Longer-than-estimated removal time on wraps with degraded or heat-baked adhesive.

4. Release of Liability

By signing below, Customer releases Pink Label Wraps, its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to:

• Pre-existing paint, body, or surface conditions revealed during or after wrap removal.

• Paint or clear coat damage that occurs during removal despite the Shop's use of industry-standard tools and techniques.

• Any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues unrelated to the removal process.

This release applies to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. It does not waive liability for damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Shop.

5. Photo Documentation

The Shop will take dated photos of the vehicle before, during, and after removal to document pre-existing conditions and the condition of the vehicle upon completion. Customer agrees this documentation is the record of reference in the event of any dispute.

6. Payment & Turnaround

• Removal is quoted as: $800 and does not include repainting, buffing, paint correction, or repair of any damage revealed during removal.

• If additional issues are discovered mid-removal (e.g., extensive adhesive bake-in, paint lifting), the Shop will pause and notify Customer before continuing, and additional charges may apply.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
