Things to please consider while planning an outdoor setup
-Set up are to go where they are wanted and not to be moved by clients after set up. Please consider placment before I have arrived for a quicker install
-Balloons should always be double stuffed to help with temperature change, wind and to keep the balloons lasting longer (this means every one balloon you see is actually two)
-Place balloons in shade or covered areas to keep them lasting and protect them from direct sunlight
-Dark colors are more likely to pop!, light colors are less prone to popping in direct sunlight
-Place set ups in nice flat locations, this is so very important
-When using a fabric cover please consider wind being a problem and try to place it against something
-Outdoor set ups need A LOT of weight to keep them steady and you will see some of the weight bags in the set up
-Please make sure that the location for set up is easily accecable and that no gates are locked
-If in a household yard please make sure pets are inside, all though we love them, we do not want them do escape!
*I accept these conditions and understand that once the set up is complete to the best of our ability we are not responible for any extreme acts of weather such as extreme sun, wind, or fire smoke (smoke can create blotches on the balloons). We are not responible for pops due to rough housing or moving the display
