Small Group Format: Space is limited to 8 participants to ensure a meaningful, interactive experience. If you register, we kindly ask that you plan to attend so that everyone interested has the opportunity to participate.

Who: Adults 18 years and older
Cost: $50.00 (Includes presentation, skill application, materials, and 65 minutes of dedicated self-reconnection).
Cancellation or Refund Policy:
The cost of the workshop is $50. Due to limited group seating, registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made ahead of time, will be eliglbe for an account credit with Neely Counseling. .
Insurance: Insurance cannot be used to pay for this group.
Group Approval Process: Completing the sign-up form reserves your place for review. The group facilitators will review the information provided to ensure the workshop aligns with your goals.
Group Facilitator
This group is led by an experienced clinician with formal education and a passion for art therapy. The clinician specializes in research-based stress management, aimed at helping working adults improve their work-life balance. Master’s-level interns from Neely Counseling Center will also serve as co-facilitators, providing additional hands-on support throughout the sessions.
Primary Facilitator:
Morgan Sokhi, MA, LPC – Experienced Clinician specializing in expressive modalities, stress management, and creative interventions.
