CHOICE Educational Needs Survey
C.H.O.I.C.E. is committed to helping our community access educational opportunities that support students, families, and lifelong learners. We are actively seeking community partners who can provide educational resources such as tutoring, STEM learning labs, adult education, summer enrichment programs, college and career readiness, workforce development, literacy programs, and other learning opportunities. To make sure we are connecting our community with resources that are truly needed, we want to hear from you! Please take a few moments to complete this survey. Please plan to join us for our first informational session on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 5pm-7pm at the CHOICE Center to meet some of our community partners and learn about their offerings.
