I acknowledge that I have been informed of Kentucky window tint laws and understand the legal light transmission requirements as follows:

Sedans:

• Windshield: Non-reflective tint permitted above the manufacturer's AS-1 line only.
• Front Side Windows: Must allow more than 35% light transmission.
• Back Side Windows: Must allow more than 18% light transmission.
• Rear Window: Must allow more than 18% light transmission.

SUVs and Vans:

• Windshield: Non-reflective tint permitted above the manufacturer's AS-1 line only.
• Front Side Windows: Must allow more than 35% light transmission.
• Back Side Windows: Must allow more than 8% light transmission.
• Rear Window: Must allow more than 8% light transmission.

If I choose tint darker than Kentucky law permits, I accept full responsibility for any citations, fines, inspection failures, or legal consequences.

I further understand that a darker tint may reduce visibility, especially at night.

I hereby release and hold harmless Joker Ink, its owners, and employees from any liability relating to:

• Traffic citations or fines
• Vehicle inspection failures
• Alleged visibility issues
• Accidents that are claimed to be related to window tint

I understand window tint installation involves water and slip solutions. All reasonable care will be taken to protect my vehicle.

I acknowledge the following risks:

• Possible damage to rear defroster lines during removal
• Minor contamination, dust particles, or small imperfections consistent with industry standards
• Slight edge gaps are necessary to prevent peeling
• Pre-existing scratches or defects become visible after installation
• Possible signal interference with metallic films
• Minor temporary moisture inside doors or panels

I agree not to roll windows down for at least three (3) days after installation.

All concerns must be inspected in person at Joker Ink. Inspections will not be performed by phone, email, or photos.

Warranty work requires original paperwork and in-shop inspection before service.

Window film is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Damage caused by improper window operation is not covered.

By signing below, I certify that:

• I have read and understand this agreement in full.
• I voluntarily accept all risks and responsibilities stated above.
• I release Joker Ink from liability as outlined herein.
