The Waihi Agricultural & Pastoral Association welcomes applications from food vendors, canteens and food providers interested in being part of the Waihi A&P Show on Saturday, 14 November 2026.
The Waihi A&P Show is a great opportunity to showcase your food business and provide visitors with a fantastic range of food and refreshments throughout the day. We are looking for a variety of quality food and beverage options to complement the show and cater to our visitors.
Event Information
Date: Saturday, 14 November 2026
Show hours: 9.30am – 3.00pm
Vendor arrival: Vendors must be onsite and ready to trade by 9am
Trading requirement: Vendors are required to remain onsite and trading until the conclusion of the show at 3.00pm
Site fee: $60 incl. GST
Power: Please note that power is not available at this event. All vendors must be able to provide their own suitable power supply if required.
