Vendor/exhibitor application for the 2026 Yavapai County COAD Preparedness Expo on October 9, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM
The Yavapai County COAD works to strengthen coordination among community organizations and partners so county residents are better prepared for emergencies and are familiar with the resources and agencies that work to mitigate, prepare for, and respond to emergencies in their community.

The Preparedness Expo brings residents and partners together before a crisis to build awareness, relationships, and community resilience.

Evertel will be used during the Expo for real-time exhibitor communications, event information, operational updates, and emergency notifications. Participating organizations should have access established before the event. Event-specific room/groupinstructions will be provided closer to the event.

Admission and parking are FREE to the public for this event. I understand the event is rain or shine, and outdoor exhibitors should plan for changing weather conditions. I understand organizations may distribute free materials, resources, promotional items, or giveaways, and the sale of raffle tickets is prohibited. I understand alcohol is not permitted as part of an exhibitor display, giveaway, activity, or organizational participation. I understand professional conduct is expected at all times and should align with the Yavapai County COAD Code of Ethics and event/venue instructions. I understand final space assignments will be made after applications are reviewed, and this application does not reserve a specific location. I understand the primary point of contact is responsible for sharing final event information with everyone attending on behalf of the organization. I also understand the organization’s public links may be used to help promote the event
