• Indoor Markets - Stallholder Application

  • Thank you for your interest in the next Harvey Indoor Markets event.  The following application is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee your participation in the event.   Our event team will assess your application and advise accordingly.

    Please have the following ready to submit with your application:

    • Public Liability Insurance - certificate of currency
    • 1 - 5 images of your stall and/or products to assist us with promoting you
    • Links to your social media accounts or website so we can cross promote you in the lead up to this event

    If you are selling food products, you will need to submit the Shire of Harvey's Temporary Food Stall Application in addition to this form.

    • Stallholders will have access to the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre (HRCC) from 6.00am on the day of the event. All stalls must be fully set up by 8.30am.

      Stallholders are required to remain set up and trading until the advertised closing time of 1.00pm, regardless of whether they have sold out of stock.
      Indoor stall sites are approximately 3m x 3m and cost $25 per site.

      Each stall site includes one trestle table and one chair.

      Stallholders requiring additional trestle tables must provide their own.

      Powered sites are available for an additional fee, which will vary depending on the location and power outlets required. Please advise the Event Coordinator at the time of booking if power is required.

      Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the event. Stallholders who cancel with less than one week's notice, or fail to attend on the day, will forfeit their stall fee.
